From invitations to events and private views to VIP attendance at our Annual Music Competition Gold Medal Final, our annual arts donation scheme, ROSL Patrons, enables you to get closer to the music and arts you love, whilst supporting emerging artistic talent and ROSL’s arts programme.
Patronage offers great benefits at each tier level, whilst allowing the ROSL Foundation to claim Gift Aid on support from UK taxpayers. Patron donations are made annually, with the benefits designed to be arranged within the year of your donation.
ROSL wishes to acknowledge and thank our current Arts Patrons
for their ongoing generosity and support.

We welcome donations of any size to enable the continued growth of our arts programme, helping early career creatives to connect, collaborate and create.
Throughout its distinguished history of support for outstanding young musicians and visual artists from the UK and Commonwealth, members have played a crucial role in sustaining the vitality of our Annual Music Competition and arts scholarships.
Making a bequest through the ROSL Foundation is a wonderful way to continue this tradition of support. It’s simple to include a legacy in your will, and gifts can be a specified sum of money, a proportion of your residual estate or more specific items of your property.
Making a bequest to a charity such as the ROSL Foundation can also be an effective way to reduce inheritance tax, and the charity in turn is exempt from inheritance tax.
Some members have given money or made a bequest in memory of a family member or close friend, for a competition prize or scholarship dedicated to a particular instrumental or vocal discipline, or for a musician from a specific Commonwealth country.
