28 days holiday per year, including bank holidays, based on a full holiday year.
Holiday allowance increases to 30 days per year from the 1 January following 3 year service anniversary and 33 days per year on the 1 January following 5 years’ service (to a maximum of 33 days per year).
Holiday allowance is pro rata for part time team members.

As a multi-facetted hospitality organisation, we provide a core induction as standard for each new starter and face to face training for all employees, with specific and on the job training per department. Additionally, we have also invested in E-Learning, a flexible online training portal that can be utilised at home or in the workplace.
